Mid patties
Very mediocre. Walmart's regular beef patties are far superior. These are bland and greasy. I had these years ago and they were so good then. Extremely overpriced.

    Don't waste your money.
I expected quality beef. It was the worst ever. Partly because they had been re-frozen and had freezer burn. I'd opened the package so it couldn't be returned. Waste of money.

    cheap great burgers, but....
these burgers are cheaper then most.. however it doesnt matter when they forget to put the wax paper in between them and theyre frozen solid together! i got the 12 pack, but could only cook 8 as 4 were frozen together. i wont buy these any more as ive had this issue in the past a few times, this was the last draw. get you packing together sams choice!!

    Quality has gone downhill
I've been buying this product for 2 years, and these Angus burgers used to be great. However, the last batch that I received are not up to par. They don't taste like Angus burgers and the supplier has obviously ground up gristle and added that to the ground meat. I won't be buying this product again, but will buy the competitor's name brand products instead.

    Great for grilling!
These hamburgers come nicely packaged and are easy to separate and thaw.  We grilled some last night, I seasoned  with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and worcestershire sauce.  On the burgers we added American cheese, bacon, pickles, ketchup and mustard. This made one of the best burgers I've ever tasted!  I would rate them right up there with Omaha Steak burgers.  I like that the ingredients are just 100% Pure Ground Black Angus Beef!

    Skip These
Everyone who ate these got sick. They used to be great, but I think we'll just go back to using fresh beef from now on.

There's two different suppliers making this
The quality of this Sam's Club Angus Beef patties are different from the ones before the Covid 19 pandemic. The texture is tougher and more like little cubes stuck to each other than real ground down beef. The inside meat is a reddish color when fully cook and it bleeds so much grease that it makes me wonder if there are multiple regional suppliers that package the Sam's Club Angus beef patties for Walmart. I know there's two different packages that I've seen from time to time. The ones that comes with a ziplock plastic bag seems to be better quality. The ones that comes with a re-tape plastic bag seems to be low quality. They are totally different in quality. This is Minnesota so might get either or since we're dead in the middle of the US.
